Refund Policy
Emcare has a 7-day return policy on demaged products, which means that customers have 7 days after receiving the order to request a return.
For a return, the products must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. The customer will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the company approves the return request, the team will send the customer a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package back. Items sent back without a prior and approved return request will not be accepted, and the customer will not receive a refund for that order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We do not accept return requests on items purchased during a promotion or sale or on Gifted Items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
