1. Product(s) can be exchanged from EMCare online store only within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Items purchased on sale/discount will not be Returned or Exchanged.

3. No Cash Refunds are allowed.

4. Items purchased from the online stores cannot be returned or exchanged from retail/offline stores and vice versa.

5. There is no return or replacement of items if a customer does not like the shade, color, texture or fragrance of the product.

6. The product should not be used/opened, tags must be intact and the product should be good in condition.

7. The original invoice is required for exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
