Returns & Exchanges –
  • 1. Product(s) can be exchanged from EMCare online store only within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • 2. Items purchased on sale/discount will not be Returned or Exchanged.
  • 3. No Cash Refunds are allowed.
  • 4. Items purchased from the online stores cannot be returned or exchanged from retail/offline stores and vice versa.
  • 5. There is no return or replacement of items if a customer does not like the shade, color, texture or fragrance of the product.
  • 6. The product should not be used/opened, tags must be intact and the product should be good in condition.
  • 7. The original invoice is required for exchange within 14 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging.
